SomatoSensual sessions offer a deeply personal, experiential, and transformative journey into your body, emotions, and sensuality. Whether I’m working with you individually or with your relational configuration, my role is to model an emotionally attuned, safe, and compassionate partner who holds you with presence, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. This approach allows you to explore your sensual and emotional depths in a safe, supported space, fostering trust, healing, and connection.


For many, the experience of being with a safe partner is profoundly healing. This dynamic provides a corrective emotional experience, especially for those who may not have felt this level of safety or understanding in previous relationships. By co-creating an environment of trust, we can shift your nervous system out of survival states—fight, flight, freeze, or fawn—and into connection and regulation, opening the door to deeper intimacy with yourself and others.



The Process of a Session


A SomatoSensual session is a layered process that grows as trust and connection deepen. It begins by creating a safe and supportive container where you can feel fully seen and heard. Together, we engage in practices that reconnect you with your body and awaken your sensual and emotional awareness. This might include:


Nervous System Tracking: Learning how to recognise and regulate your emotional and physiological states while attuning to the energy and body language of others.


Primal Mindfulness: Reconnecting to your senses—sound, smell, touch, temperature, and breath—through practices that deepen presence and awareness.


Touch Exploration: Practising the art of giving and receiving touch, exploring boundaries, pressure, and sensation in ways that feel safe and nourishing.


Breathwork and Movement: Using your breath and intuitive movement to release stored tension, regulate your energy, and connect with your life force.


Energetic Work: Tapping into your body’s innate wisdom to move energy within and between us, amplifying your capacity for bliss and connection.


Shadow Work: Gently exploring fears, traumas, or patterns that surface during the session, creating space for transformation and healing.


Erotic Energy Activation: Awakening your sexual energy as a source of creativity, healing, and vitality, potentially leading to experiences like full-body orgasms or Kundalini activation.
