Two days in a mountain cabin with a hot tub, for those carrying something substantial that needs time to move and a full day to land afterwards. The retreat is designed around: Arrival, preparation, and bone reading on the land A long co-journeyed passage with room for deep material to complete itself A night of silence inside the container A second day of integration through warm water, somatic work, and rest, holding the nervous system while the experience settles If you're curious, let's chat. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY Your date is held for you, and the money you've paid stays with you. If you need to change the date, you can move to a new one. How much of the fee moves depends on the notice I have. IF IT ISN'T SAFE FOR YOU TO JOURNEY Tell me as soon as you know, including on the morning itself. A new or changed medication, an illness, a pregnancy, a stretch of heavy drinking, a crisis at home: all of these change what's safe. If we decide together that the journey shouldn't go ahead, nothing is held and your full fee moves, whatever the notice. Telling me late doesn't cost you more than telling me early. HOW MUCH NOTICE I NEED You can move your date with nothing charged if you tell me at least 7 days before a journey in my studio, 14 days before a one-day journey in Hout Bay, or 21 days before a two-day journey in Hout Bay. Inside that window, 30% of the fee is held and 70% moves with you. Inside 48 hours, including the morning itself, 70% is held and 30% moves. What I hold is payment for a day kept clear for you, prepared for and closed to other bookings. The rest stays as credit towards your new date. ACCOMMODATION Percentages are of the journey fee only. The cabin is booked and paid up front and it isn't refundable to me, so it's paid again when you rebook. If the cabin releases any of it back to me, that goes straight back to you. I'll always ask them. MOVING YOUR DATE You can move once with no charge. A second move starts the notice periods again. Credit holds for 6 months from your original date, and you can ask me for longer. Message me on WhatsApp or by email so we both have it in writing. Notice runs from when your message reaches me. IF YOU DON'T ARRIVE If you don't arrive and I haven't heard from you, the full fee is held and nothing moves. Message me even if it's an hour before. Anything you tell me puts you back on the scale above. IF I HAVE TO MOVE THE DATE Everything you've paid moves with you, nothing is held, and I cover the accommodation for the new date. HOSPITALISATION AND BEREAVEMENT If you or the person you're booked with is hospitalised, or someone close to you dies, nothing is held and your full fee moves.
